Exhibitor Opportunities

The Resource Marketplace provides a first-hand opportunity to learn about and explore a variety of products and services all in one day.  The resource providers are there to guide you through your questions and concerns.  Among the services and products represented are fundraising software, mail house services, recognition products, consultants and more.  Please be sure to visit each resource provider and learn what services they have to offer, and how they can help your development office take the next step in your fundraising efforts.

Resource Marketplace Exhibitor Fees

Regular: Ends August 31^st

Late: Ends October 12^th

Your exhibit booth includes two exhibit booth conference passes.  Each fully paid Exhibitor may add 1 additional exhibitor pass at the following rates:

• Company listing in onsite Conference program

• Exhibitor badge for each representative from your company who attends the Conference

Exhibitor Booth Details

Your exhibitor fee includes (as an Exhibitor in the Resource Marketplace):

• (2) Exhibitor Conference Registrations

• (1) 10’ wide x 10’ deep booth space

• (1) 8’ skirted table

• (2) chairs

• (1) wastebasket

• A listing on the Conference Website

• A listing in the Conference Brochure

(Please note that in 2007, power at the booths is not included; you may order power in your exhibitor kits.)

Additional Information

The Exhibitor Level entitles two company representatives to participate in the Conference. Additional attendees may attend for a reduced fee per person.

Please note that you must register all representatives who will be manning your booth, and you must be registered as either a Sponsor or an Exhibitor to qualify for the special exhibitor rate.

Onsite: After November 9, only Onsite Registration is available; please note that the special Additional Sponsor /Exhibitor Rate will not be available onsite.

Booth Assignments

Booth assignments are subject to availability, and will be assigned upon receipt of the signed contract and payment in full.

Booth Price

Booth Price is determined by date of postmark on application as received at the address of the organizer. In order to register as a sponsor or exhibitor, you first must fill out the application for sponsoring and exhibiting.

Exhibitor Cancellations

The Conference Organizer must receive notification of all Exhibitor cancellations in writing. Exhibitor cancellations received on or before August 31 will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Exhibitor cancellations received between September 1 and October 12 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Exhibitor cancellations will not be accepted after October 12, as received by the conference organizer by postmark, fax of email.

Booth Assignments

Booth assignments for Sponsors will be assigned upon a first come first serve basis, based upon receipts of completed application and full payment.
