ONSITE REGISTRATION HOURS AND LOCATION(S)

Sponsors and Exhibitors Satellite Registration for onsite registration opens on Monday, November 26th from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the MIT Room, 3rd Floor at the Boston Marriott Copley Hotel. Otherwise, please visit our registration area that opens Tuesday, November 27th at 7:00 a.m. located at the Boston Marriott Copley Hotel, 3rd Floor Atrium.

Conference Speakers

Registration for speakers will be available on Monday, November 26th from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the MIT Room, 3rd Floor at the Boston Marriott Copley Hotel.

ONSITE PAYMENT

You may make your onsite payment by credit card or cash. In order to use your credit card, personal identification will be required. Checks will not be accepted onsite. An ATM is located inside the Boston Marriott Copley Hotel, Level 1 behind lobby registration by the entrance to valet parking.

Cancellation / Refunds

  • The Conference Organizer must receive notification of all cancellations in writing.
  • Cancellations received on or before August 31 will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations received between September 1and October 12 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellation will not be accepted after October 12, as received by the conference organizer by postmark, fax of email.
  • The organizers reserve the right to alter any of the arrangements for this conference; including cancellation of the event should unforeseen circumstances require such action.
  • The organizers, along with the AFP MA Chapter, Annual Conference Chairs and Committee, accept no responsibility for resulting costs and inconvenience to delegates who are advised to have their own travel insurance in place.
  • All details provided by the registrant will be included in a list of conference delegates for official use by the conference organizers.
